Greetings Everyone;
I am new to the site. I came to the Alissa Cohen site a few months ago. I have been vegan for a short time but I have been vegetarian for two years now. Being a vegan really did a lot for my health and my daughter's ezcema. I decided to go raw because I wanted to see just much healthier I can get. I have lost some weight and I am very proud I went from 290 to 245.5 which is a 22/24 to a size 18. Big deal for me. I want to incorporate more raw as a way to remove unnecessary fat from my diet. I just completed the first level certification and I am looking forward to taking the second level next month. I am also working on my degree in Holistic Health as well in the process of starting on my degree in Christian Studes or Dietetics (I am not sure which way I want to go.) I do know I want to help people heal Mind, Body, and Soul and live the best life possible.
