Do you have any fruits in your house at the moment? You know, you could start ahead of your schedule and have an all fruit day. Or a salad and fruit day. Or you could make green smoothies.
Besides all that - welcome!

That is so awesome for you! I wish you much success! When we listen to our bodies and do what we know is right for it, we are blessed in so many numerous and unexpected ways!

I had my book for almost two weeks before I could start. I had to wait until payday too! I am on day 3 and I would not call it a transition, that makes it sound hard. So far this has been easy, really easy. I can not believe how good everything is tasting. I was told on day 2 I looked thinner and the pants I wore the day or two before I started are getting baggy! Amazing because I feel like I have been eating like a pig!! I feel so free!!! I just can't believe it!!

Hi, I have been reading everyone's posts and I can't wait to start my body's healing process. I can't afford the book or juicer that I want right now, but I can afford a lot of fruits, vegtables, and nuts. I think that it is good that I have to wait because I get really into new things and go over board. Now I have to pace myself. lol I am going to first purchase the juicer and then Alissa's raw book. I also need a food processor, but that will have to wait even longer. I am not throwing out any food that I have now, but I am slowly replacing it with raw. Red peppers are my new vegtable I really like right now!
