Carob Powder

Help! I just started 100% raw TODAY! My sister-in-law went shopping a little bit for me and bought "Bob's Red Mill Toasted Carob Powder" from our health food store. She said the lady at the store said that is the only kind you can get because toasting it is what gives it its color and texture. Is this carob powder raw or should I return it?

This is urgent as I am a confessed chocoholic and I need to make fudge balls or something chocholately to get me through the night.

It's toasted and therefore not raw. If you have a food co-op or whole/natural foods type of store nearby, then you can probably find raw carob there - otherwise, Alissa sells it on her site.
