I just made Alissa's bluberry cheesecake! OOOO yum!!! It is so good... I could easily eat the entire pie right now. It is hard to contain myself! LOL

I did make one little change. I used more raisins in the crust to make it a bit more solid. It seemed a bit crumbly to me otherwise.

All in all though....... A DEFFINANT KEEPER!

Isn't it good? And the best thing about eating raw? You don't HAVE to contain yourself. You can have it for breakfast tomorrow morning.
Guilt free eating - I love it!

I suppose the cheesecake has no hopes of being around for the weekend. So plan ahead with your digital: more cheesecake so we can get the picture if we can't get the taste!

It is one of Alissa's recipes. I suggest if you wanna do raw and do raw right, you buy her book. It is so worth the money. It is filled with information AND recipes!;)

Yes, deffinantly buy her book. By far the best collection of recipes in any raw book I've seen yet.
