Hi!

I used to really love sunflower seeds, until my stomach went haywire and I farted like a horse everytime I'd eat them. If I get one tiny seed in my salad or so, my stomach just... dunno, makes gas to support a minor country?
Now I think the same thing is happening with sesame seeds. If I have tahina I'm ok, but raw....:eek:

why is it that I could eat them, and then just couldn't anymore?
any way to get used to them or treat it? because they're so good, healthy and in so many recipes. Also, they're a lot cheaper than some nuts and seeds. :(

hi--u might want to try soaking and sprouting the seeds first to see if that makes a difference?... just a thought--
