Just made some (Alissa's) for lunch. I'm making it ahead of time and as I was doing it I was thinking "Oh no! I'ts not going to stay fresh for lunch!" I'm thinking about how guacamole is only really good right after you make it.
Any experience with this? I hate to waste an avocado!
