Love those papayas I buy at Costco. No they are not organic, but large to the max and delish. May want to see if your local store has them. I love them soft and today husband cleaned the shelves off bringing home 6. Price: close to $3 each sold singly.
Papaya:
Use them with coconut water, banana, kale, slice lemon and make as a smoothie.
Oh, eating them just peeled is my ideal way and finished one off by myself just cutting a slice at a time. Super sweet too.
I know they are beautiful in salads or on top of cakes/pies too. I have not made any pies or cakes with them, but surely can. Had to share.
