Hi everyone,
I wanted to know if this is a normal occurence when one goes raw. I have been feeling extremely tired, so much so, I abruptly took some days off of work this past week and even this monday. I have been in bed for 3 days, I literally wake up eat a little something and then pass out. The first day when I began feeling this way, I was full of rage, I kept crying and sleeping. I locked myself in a room and today I feel much better. I still have a headache. I clocked the amount of hours I slept and OMG!! Let's just say I have been sleeping 20 hours a day. What was that about???!!
I still feel sore (as if a truck ran me over), but my mood is slightly improving, yet, I have this deep depressing feeling, I can still cry at a whim. Also, my period has been messed up. It has been spotting for a week and a half and then nothing. I guess it can be hormones that are driving me wild?? I have NEVER been like this in my life, and now am worried if this is not detox, then I need medical attention.
Thanks for listening.
