I have decided to finally go 100% raw. At least for the 30 days. I have been about 90% raw for 1 year. I did lose 50 lbs in the 1st 4 months but nothing more for 6 months.
Even though I feel so much better than I did one year ago I really need to lose another 40-50lbs.:eek:

Gail - when it comes to raw, I really don't see it as luck. To me, luck is when something is out of your control. When you go 100% raw, you are taking BACK control of your life.

I feel instead that I should welcome you to 100% and happy journey instead!
