Well not really a newbie but...

I just changed my name here, from Fragola to Missvanilla.
Missvanilla is my "official" nickname, the name of my website, and the name I am using everywhere, so I thought that this was the right time to update my nickname here too, since the all site is new now! :D

Anyhow, I am Sara, I live in Venice - Italy - I have been raw for 4 years and my life is changed so much!! I have lost 45 pounds, I have written a book, I am starting doing raw cooking classes and mostly important I have been able to meet some incredibly wonderful people! I look forward to see the amazing things that this raw life has in store for me for the next 4 years!

Missvanilla - and I had just gotten used to Fragola. You are the only person I've ever encountered with that name. It reminds me every time of the magnolia, which is a pertty, white, sweet smelling flower that grows on trees down here. Missvanilla it is! So now you will remind me of a vanilla scented magnolia blossom.

i saw your thread about when visiting the states you ran into i think it was carolg in colorado , that must have been so cool .

hey i check at your site sometimes to try to read and look for a translation to english icon but cant find one . so i thought ide suggest that if there isnt one it would make your site better if you could program one into the page .

and congrats on 4 years raw , thats great that you have adjusted your diet to proper at such a young age . i wish i would have been so wise so young .

yes I went to Colorado and I met Carolg without knowing that in the past we have been knowing each other on this forum, that was really amazing!

Thank you for your suggestion! I think am going to make an english page, as I am having some people from the USA reading my site, and this is so cool!

I have to say that we are lucky to live in this age. It is thanks to the wonderful invention that is the internet that I have been able to know this lifestyle. In the past i would have been much more difficult. And I am happy I can read english too! All the informations seem to be in your side of the world!
