I am so glad I watched Tyra the other day. I usually don't
something made me tape the show with the body makeovers
I am so glad I did!!!!!! Looking forward to going 100% raw.
looking forward to posting before and after(especially the after)
pics and I'm soooo looking forward to getting over being overweight
and focusing on what we are here to do Live Life!!!!

I found my way here also by flipping through the channels and stopping at Tyra ( typically dont lol ) and I too think I was made to watch that show at hmm what was it 2 or 3am in the morning when it aired LOL I caught the first one then hoped Id catch the result show - YEP flipping through the channels again at the wee hours and there it was!

I jotted Alissas name down found the site and havent looked back since!

Im also excited about this!! I need to get a real decent before shot before too much changes ;)
