Found this online... do we have it already?

RECIPE

Raw Cacao Fudge

1 cup cacao powder

2 Tbsp. coconut oil

1/3 cup organic goji berries

½ cup almonds, soaked

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

Fine-grind the cacao beans or nibs in a coffee mill if not using cacao powder. Blend all in a food processor with an “S” blade. Spread batter on a 4x7-inch baking pan, score into 24 squares. Refrigerate until the batter solidifies to a fudge consistency.

looks good. I wonder if you would have to soak the goji berries?

Goji Berries are alot like raisens but not as sweet and are sun dried. They are small and red and I got an 8 oz bag of them at Good foods for ($11.69). They are a product of China. Most likely you will not have to soak them as they are chewy.
