Morningstar (Dawn),
You posted fabulous Asian / Korean recipes. The pictures are great. Your mushrooms don't look like my button ones. Yours look super large!
Wonder if we could have them over here so people can see this theme. Thanks so much. Maybe RAWK can help move them if you approve. Just didn't want others to miss your blessing. Yahoo and thanks. They all sound fabulous too!

Morningstar,
Great suggestion to send people over to the link and see the recipes. Wow, what a blessing. Thank you.
Everyone, run don't walk. You won't be disappointed.
Asian Salad in a Bowl
Quick and simple--my way of eating raw
I just put together in glass bowl:
chopped red and orange bell peppers
snow peas, sliced
diced button mushrooms, sliced
fresh ginger and garlic sliced thinly and chopped
mixed in fresh squeezed lemon juice (start with little and then can add)
pinch salt
little olive oil
Mix and enjoy.
If I had bean sprouts I would have added them.
Of course seaweed, soaked or whole works great. I could see dulse or wakame here.
I just let it sit few minutes as the smell is tempting and the colors are fabulous to make me eat sooner than I wanted too. Okay, tasted and delish.
Tried posting picture and it said it exceeds the limit. Sorry, but don't know why either. I have loaded pictures before so just imagine what it looks like then.
Enjoy.

Funny for sure. Scallions or purple onion diced would have been great in mine too. I don't use Nama. Used to and find no reason for it now. I bet even miso paste, raw, would have been good too.
Oh, the sesame seeds sound nice and wonder how hemp seeds would do instead? I'm actually saving my hemp for smoothies these days with coconut milk from the young coconut.
