Herbal cleanse while raw

Just wondering if anyone has done any herbal cleanse programs while raw?

I did a 12 day cleanse before going raw - mostly drank greens, and ate salads, your supposed to limit fruit intake on this particular one.

I was thinking of trying again, as I've tried fasting and I find that quite difficult physically.

I just want to push myself, get cleaner, feel better, have more energy!!

I am about to do the 28 day arise and shine herbal cleanse. There are 4 phases of intensity, going from eating 3 meals a day to only drinking juices. The less one eats, the deeper the cleanse goes. I dont' know if I can do that phase-I don't do well with fasting either, and I have a family to take care of-can't be laying around in bed resting, unfortunately....

But I'll post again and share how it's going! I also bought a colema board, which is a home colonic system, to use during the fast which can really lesson detox symptoms by helping cleanse the colon throughout the process. I'm really looking forward to this cleanse! :p
