Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

I used the Rich Cheddar Sauce that was posted here and filled marinated mushrooms caps. I popped them in the dehydrator and just tried one. Soooo good!

My daughter told me they looked like they were covered in Velveeta cheese (anyone remember what that looks like??) :D

mmm. sounds terrific! post a pic sometime. My mom refers to Velveeta as a "miracle of modern chemistry" =)
