Good Afternoon!
So I just went crazy at whole foods last night (I think I was there for at least 2 hours)! I've never really liked nuts and have only recently been testing them out on my more eveolved palette. I opened my paackage of raw organic sprouted flax seeds and fell in love (am I crazy or just grain deprived?). So I wonder, how much of this can you eat in a day? I can see myself snacking on this, but I don't want to end up all backed up (or the opposite). Any ideas?
