Iam new here ( iam sure you figured that one out :D ). Well iam always been obsessed with food in bad way. I want to change my relation with food, I think I have an ok will power and self control but the fast life and ready food, make you addicted to food. I realised my addiction to food after doing Atkinson diet even though it was bad diet plan, the worse of all my fad diets trials, it thought me my addiction to food specially pasta and starchy things and why I was fat. I lost a lot with it but I could not stay on it for too long so I do not die of heart attack. Iam not sure I will succeed this time but iam determine to change my eating plan, I no longer feel hungry now and after all this I better not stuff my face after :rolleyes: just little about me iam chemistry PhD student. Joined this forum to change my relation with food and live healthy.
