I have just started Billy Blanks cardio Tae Bo routine, and I love it. I would like to add one more to alternate activity. I'm looking for something more general and all-over. I noticed he has several DVD options. Has anyone here ever used this program?

Thanks.

I have been doing Taebo for awhile now. I think it is a great workout. I would just add some weight workouts and you should do great. I also do some ab work every other day or so for about 15-20 minutes. I am just now getting a lot more raw food into my diet so I do not know how my exercise routine will be affected. I would say I am eating at about 50% raw right now. I need to get a juicer to really get enough good greens into my diet.

I do the Billy's Boot Camp DVDs and I love them!

I recommend the Boot Camp DVDs too but not the Bootcamp Elite DVDs - I don't like the new bands that came with the elite series and didn't really like the elite series in general.

I used to do the advanced Tae Boe from his old series and I really enjoyed it.. It was not too long, not too hard, and you get GREAT quick results! Plus, I felt so energized afterwards...!

I used to alternate it with jump rope and resistance band exercises. Combined with running, this gave me an all around workout!

happy searching!

I also love the advanced workout from the old series. Maybe try searching FreeCycle or the local classifieds to see if you can find one of the old tapes, or even asking around in your circle of friends - I think LOTS of people have those tapes lying around!
