Whenever I make anything with pine nuts, it turns out awful. Is it just me? I can definately tell there is a moldy taste. So, is there a trick to buying and storing pine nuts? The only place I'm able to buy them is in bulk bins.
So, do they really just taste moldy, or do they get moldy easily, or what? There are so many recipes with them that look good, but get totally ruined if there is a hint of moldy taste. blech.
