What is your favorite cake recipe? I just recieved Alissa's book and was looking through them for my daughters seconed birthday. The chocolate cake looks delicious!
What do you guys like? Anyone tried the chocolate cake?

My twins are 17 months and they LOVE carrot cake. I just posted the recipe I use over at Gone Raw: http://www.goneraw.com/recipes/202-Carrot-Cake

For a special occasion, I would probably make several cake layers and then use icing in between them and on top, and then decorate the top with pineapple and carrot spirals.

Just a suggestion. Let us know what you eventually go with and make sure you post a pic!
