Hello all,
I've been up late tonight, way past my bedtime. Happy Valentine's Day to all, and may it be happy for you.
I realised this evening that everytime I upped the raw quotient of my diet, even when being fully vegan, the foll. happened:-
1. Emotional stability and resilience. No emotional detox
2. Glowing clear skin and sparkling, glowing eyes.
3. Lots of energy.
4. A sense of happiness and contentment that had nothing to do with my physical circumstances (not affected by negative personal relationships)
5. Hair grew like a weed, and just grew and grew and grew!
6. Enormous physical stamina.
7. Great figure. I am a shortie, so the slimmer can be the better.
8. Had what I thought was flu, slipped up on my diet, did an enema, no more flu!!!
9. Enjoyed things like "cream" of pistachio soup with french thyme (NB: French thyme is I believe , not sure, Jamaican name for sage. Only ever seen french thyme growing in my parents backyard, no where else).
So I am trying to manifest more and more raw into my life this year.
RAH, RAH, RAW!!!!!!Yay!!!
I lurve green smoothies.Though none of my coworkers believe me that they can taste good! Ah well!!
Tell us how you feel about raw!!!
CArla.

My skin gets really really soft.
My skin becomes clear.
I want to go running!
I enjoy cleaning and making my and non-raw boyfriend food.
I feel that I know a secret that lots of other people are not aware of.
I feel lighter.
I feel sexy.
I feel like with this knowledge I really have a way to help people with weight/depression issues.

ahhh...want don't I love?
I love how my vibration keeps going up and what you said in #4 on your list-I am absolutely AMAZED by this. even if something annoys me or makes me feel angry, it's gone, like in seconds. it's so so so so wonderful.
How close I feel to my higher self, to spirit
how weight is FINALLY starting to come off (I'm a shortie too-30 pounds overweight hasn't been real fun...)
I can get into such a deep state of meditation, calm abiding, empty mind.
Oh my gosh! I am SLEEPING SO SOUNDLY!!! I was waking up several times a night and I think I never really got into the deeper levels of sleep, but now I KNOW I am! I never knew how great good sleep feels!
no cooked food cravings-in fact no "cravings" at all-FREEDOM from being preoccupied with FOOD! WOW! It's really freeing up my creative self. so great.....
asthma and eczema going away...
just feeling at peace. that in itself is so awesome... :p

I love the way I can combine meals if I running behind schedule, and it will still make perfect sense to my belly :D For example, I can have my breakfast (consisting of fruits), and combine that with my lunch consisting of salad, more fruit, and some nuts...and voila, I'm back on track and didn't miss a meal (something I don't like doing on this diet)!
My emotions are the most stable they've ever been. Old annonyances that once would have had me blowing a fuse, don't even faze me nowadays, but instead, bring a smile to my face. My confidence levels have increased markedly, and I'm systematically challenging old fears, such as speaking in front of large groups of people, or asserting myself/articulating my ideas when working in teams. The fact that I recently found out that I got the second highest score in New South Wales (Australia), for my course in English Literature last year, hasn't done anything to impinge on my confidence levels either
My thinking-processes have also sharpened up. I feel much more focused, self-determined, and my outlook on life and attitude towards others is fresh and more inclusive. I've also lost a few pounds (not that I needed to), and I don't seem to need much sleep. If I go to sleep at about 11.00pm, my eyes pop open around 4am, and I'm raring to go.
Physically, my eyes look brighter and more alert, my skin is translucent and balanced, being neither dry nor oily-looking, my hair (I've grown my hair back, and I'm now sporting a beard) are jet black...much blacker than I remember (since it's just over a year since I last left my hair to grow out a bit); It all just keeps getting better with each passing day!
BTW, I've temporarily disconnected my home internet service, so I haven't been posting as much as I would like to. I'm saving hard for that blender and juicer ;) See ya!

Kyrie...Cream of Pistachio soup with french thyme? WOW! Can you point me in the direction of a recipe?
LOVE seeing everyone's lists...the transformations are amazing aren't they?
In less than a year I do not even look like my pictures from the year before!
For me the list would include a good night's sleep. Even as a kid I didn't sleep well. Since being raw...I konk out and have such healing deep sleep now. The 2 combined are a miracle for me.

The good nights sleep is the BEST. And waking up in the morning before the alarm goes off and feeling like I am ready to get up and start the day.

definitely! Before I felt like I could never get enough sleep AND had trouble sleeping!!!! So it was like a vicious cycle!
Now I can sleep easily, deeper but can survive off of 3 hours!!! hehe although not recommended! I can understand and focus on concepts while reading and listening to audio books. Going raw is good for school! :D
