I was wondering if anyone could recommend some alternatives to springform pans as I want to stay away from lthe toxins in aluminum ane non-stick cookware. Are there any similar stainless steel, glass, or lead-free ceramic alternatives that anyone is aware of?

Thanks!

You can line your springform pan (or any other round pot/pan/bucket) with plastic cling wrap or wax paper before you put your food in to prevent toxins leeching into your food.

If you are worried about toxins leaching into the food, you won't like plastic liners either. The safest would be parchment baking paper. You find it in the section that has the wax papers, plastic wrap and foil.
