Daily...

I ride my bike to work. (It's only a 5 min. ride ;))
I walk my dog 30 min - 1 hour after work.
I ride into town for free aerobics in the afternoon. (It's 7 km each way and 45 min of aerobics).

2-4 X per week...

I do a morning yoga/meditation sesson.

----------
I really love to exercise. I can't believe I let myself get so lazy in college.

wow, you are active! you must be living some place warm ;)

I just started this routine-it feels "just right" and it's working-good results:

the five tibetans (15 min)

then T-Tapp basic workout plus (great spinal aligning and core strengthening exercise, ttapp.com) (15 min)

then about 10-15 min yoga floor work

then 15-20 min meditation

on raw I don't feel the need for intense working out, this feels so just right. As a former "firm" groupie, I resisted taking it this easy for a really long time, but on raw, I just don't seem to need to workout that hard. Maybe later that'll change....one of the greatest things about raw for me is how easy it is to honor my body without freaking out that it's not doing something "right". :p

UGhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh this is like the carrot at the end of the stick.

I reinjured myself so no running or machines. I am working towards being able to run my good ole 15 miles a day six days a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

* whining *

for now, fasting mode.........meditating,stretching and walking twice a day 200 yards :)

I go to the gym 3x week (mostly weights, cardio only for warm-up).
1 hour yoga everyday.
and take care of dogs and horses which seems to be more than the workouts!!

I'm fasting. So no exercise for me just for a few days more. Would skin brushing be considered exercise for my arms? :D

Outside of fasting, I usually run every other day for at least a mile around the track. Then, I'll usually walk to wherever I need to be if it's less than 5 miles.

I haven't been exercising like I should. :(

This week, I did Tae Bo Bootcamp twice and Yoga once.
That's it in 6 days...

No exercise tomorrow because I have a 24 hour shift, but I'm trying to get back into at least 1 hour of workout each day.. that's my goal.

M,W,F I do a full body weight workout:
squats 3x10
lunges 3x10
deadlifts 3x15
bench press 3x10
assisted chin-ups 3x6
shoulder presses 3x10

Tuesday and Thursday I do a quick 20-30 minute cardio session on my elliptical trainer. I frequently have a walk outdoors through nature on my lunch break, but I wouldn't call it a workout.

I run 3 -4 times a week, 5+ miles depending on the day of the week.
I also teach 4 spin classes a week, and a womens conditioning class 4 x a week. When I am feeling like a slug I'll also do some cross training. I have to be careful as I could quite easily become an exercise bulimic...:(
I weight train 2 times a week. It's my husband's job to walk the dogs but when he's out of town I walk them too. :o

This is a good thread, I get so many ideas from reading this!

This is what I do every week (I remind you, I'm in school doing acting so it's a lot of school work in here)

- 15 min warm-up every morning (regular strenght stuff plus running)
- 10 hours of dance/movement class, which is either modern dance, bodywork/pilates or coreography and movement for acting.
- maybe 3 hours of my own yoga, dancing, runing and just freaking out in the studio at night or on weekends.
- plus all of the moving around we do in acting class and rehersals

I've always loved modern dance, and I get really depressed when I'm not sweating for at least an hour per day. I've just recently read a book about yoga and do a few moves from the book just to relax.

Well, it varies a little each week, depending on how well I did the previous week. Right now I'm training for a half marathon, so improving my running is the main focus.

This is what this week looks like for me:

Mon: -30 min weight training
-25 min run

Tue: -30 min stairclimber
-30 min yoga

Wed: -30 min weight training
-25 min run
-50 min yoga

Thurs: -30 min run
-50 min yoga

Fri: -30 min weight training
-30 min elliptical trainer
-30 min yoga

Sat: -4 mile run
-60 min yoga

Sun: -60 min yoga

I struck gold. A place I was at today gave away new, free, some Billy's Bootcamp kits in large box that has the rubber band. They were dvds. I'm excited. I didn't question the blessing but received it. I'm talking about Billy Blanks.

I'm looking at the back of AB BootCamp and shocked about seeing his picture with band in one hand, and another band in the other hand.

Anyone else into him? Which ones do you love? I have never seen him before, but heard about him here. Now I got my stash. I see Amazon has several used very inexpensive, but mine are new.

I also got a GIAM video using the exercise ball. Wow, today was a day of prosperity.

Just had to share not to make you jealous but celebrate with me.

I walk for 20 minutes, 3-4 days per week. When it's warm weather, I ride my bike for an hour usually once or twice a week. In the summer, I love to go river kayaking for about 3 hours a couple times a month. I need to get back into yoga, it's great for arthritis in my back.
