So I was eating a yummy salad at lunchtime today with a girlfriend of mine whom I work with. Some how, I guess old habits die hard, I reached for a huge piece of bread and ate it. Now I am having the same reactions I get when I used to drink dairy in the past, awful earache! Although with dairy I would get bad sinus pain as well, interestingly enough the skin ***** test never showed up positive. Does this mean they are considered sensitivities to food?? Thanks for any help :)

yes, i think then they are considered intolerances as opposed to allergies.
::trying to figure out the 5-letter word that got bleeped out in your post:: :p :D
ETA: in the bread it could be either the gluten you are sensitive to, or the yeast. usually.

I am SOOOO sorry I didn't realize the word I was typing when I typed it! Forgive me, I just meant the normal test the allergy doctors give you when they poke all those little needles into your forearm. Sorry! :(

HAHAHA! No worries!
I have done the same thing trying to describe the ***** test...see?
I ended up having to say needle test or something. When I tried to say hi to Carmella's ***** cat recently it also got bleeped! What other words can we make into stars... ;)
