Has anyone else noticed changes in their skin from eating raw? I had two lines on my forehead that always bugged me; they're gone. I had a red mark on my cheek for years; it's gone. And I had these white bumps under my eyes and they're gone, too. One of them actually became a tiny scab first. Bizarre! Rawsome!

YES! That was one of the first things I noticed. It was getting tighter and just feeling different. Hard to explain. You figure - our skin is our bodies biggest organ, so it makes sense it would "feel" different and heal.
You'll get the glow now... ;)

I have very dry skin, and the first thing I noticed was how soft and smooth it is - and, the lines around my eyes aren't so pronounced! I'm waiting for all the spot (sun spots) to hopefully diminish. I also find that if I do choose to where makeup, I look better without it! Maybe it's that natural glow... :p

My skin gets very smooth. The redness on my cheeks is completely gone if I stay 100% raw only after 3-5 days.

When I went raw my skin seemed smoother. The overall tone and color chaged a bit. One of my friends thought I was going to a tanning spa!

Walkin,

Only 17 days! Amazing the changes I've seen in such a short time. I love it!

I have a major problem with psoriasis. This is the reason I decided to go raw after reading a book on Curing oneself. It has been 7 days now and it is not gone but I do see a nice change. I knew that one could cure themselves of this terrible skin problem, even though doctors say otherwise, but until i went raw it was not working very good. I am not as good as I was after the first couple of days but I had a major problem with my arm socket and could not do anything due to pain. Then my sciatica acted up and both of these pain problems cause stress and stress is very bad for psoriasis people. The thing is my ps did not flare up as bad as it usually does when things like this happen.

I am looking forward to seeing major imporovements now that my body is doing better. Wish I had gotten a before and hopefully a after picture.

This just made me realize- I had this new tiny bump of a mole on my jawline 2 years ago- and its gone!

I also had acne on and off and it is finally clearing up! Low sugar for me- but different things work for different people!

COconut butter= SOFT skin... mmmmmm

Yes I noticed that right away the last time I was raw. (I "wandered" for the last year but I'm back).

My before and after pics from last time were amazing. In my before pic my skin was all pale, blotchy and pasty looking. In my one month after pic my skin was bright, vibrant and glowing.

It is totally RAWsome!!!!!!

I used to have seeping skin ulcers on my forearms from my diabetes. They were so nasty. I had to wear long sleeves even on the hottest days.

....... but now they are GONE! And have been for months! My skin is so smooth and soft.

GO RAW!

My hyperpigmetation is faded...I used to have a couple of pretty dark spots on my cheeks and they're barely visable now. Overall tone is great now. I also notice a healthy flush in my cheeks I never had before...

All the wrinkles are still accounted for. I furrow my brow alot.

Afterthought, has anyone noticed how fast your body heals now? When I get a cut it's gone so fast!

being hispanic, i have VERY oily skin and would break out alot especially during that time of the month. i always had some on my cheek (from the phone against my shoulder and head) and forehead (because of my bangs).

I'm not 100% RAW yet, but I do feel and see a difference in my skin texture BECAUSE i have quit smoking (for about 3 months now), and cut down on my soda intake and replaced that with drinking a whole lot more water.

i think once i go 100% raw the cravings will stop and clear up all those problems.
