Yummy wrapped in Nori...

I've been having this salad, but last night I wrapped it in Nori and it was FABULOUS!!!

Iceburg lettuce mix (the cheap restarant kind)
avocado
raw Thousand Island without the seeds

wrap it in nori.


My mom and sister had a cheapo restaurant style salad when I was home and it looked really good, so I made a healthy version. Wrapped in nori is even better.

Hmmmm, I bet it would be even better with romaine lettuce. Or Spinach, or a field green mix...
Iceberg is awful stuff (IMHO). I haven't eaten that in years...

Usually I agree about the iceberg lettuce. I haven't had it since going raw, except occasionally at restaurants. I go through lettuce spells, lol......first it was Romaine, then Green Leaf, then Butter lettuce, then the other day I was craving Iceberg. Weird, huh? I never usually have anything good to say about iceberg.

I love 1000 island dressing. I didn't know I could make it raw. How do you do it? Please tell. :)
