Need dehydrator help now!

I have pureed bananas in the dehydrator cause I'm making the fruit leather base for the crepes. This is my first time making something like this. The edges are getting a little dry, but the leather is not peeling from the teflex yet. Does this mean it isn't read yet? Shouldn't it peel a bit easier once it's ready to make the crepes?

You are absolutely correct! It will peel easily from the Teflex sheet.

Thank you VeganforLife! Thank you so much! I was so worried. I've been sooooo anticipating trying them, so I didn't want to mess it up by taking them off too soon!
