Food processor in place of Saladacco????

Hi all,

I have a cuisinart food processor with all of the different blades and I was wondering if you can get the same effect with any of those blades that you can get with the Saladacco. I'd rather not invest in yet another item (but at this point what's another 25.00) and I really don't have the space for anything else! Does anyone have any experience with this?

All the Saladacco does is make THIN....Continueous LONG Slices. That is why it is used for Pasta type Veggies. So to answer your question.......Yes you can use the F.P.............Thin is the key........
