Hello All,
After reading Alissa's book twice, I am begining today life as a raw/live foodist. I love cheese and have found many different varieties of raw cheeses at my local Whole Foods. Is raw cheese considered living (especially if its without added hormones)? This is really the only dairy I eat; I never really liked milk and soy milk is wonderful! Will I still see results? I'm really desperate for an answer :-)

Love to all,

Anise

We kind of have covered that in the "What's wrong with raw cow milk?" thread.

This is a vegan forum and we don't "do" cow here :)

Some raw fooders do eat raw cheeses. I have a friend who has a farm that has raw goat cheeses and she eats it...but this is a vegan board so for future reference, silence and the sound of crickets ( *chirp cheep-chirp cheep* ) is all you'll get when you ask a dairy question...soy milk is not raw...try making almond! yum! :) I used to drink soy and the almond is really amazing. I love it more...give it a try.
