Knishes

Wanted alive and just like the knishes I used to buy from Knish Nosh in New York. I heard they now have a store in FL, Boca perhaps.

I grew up living on these. Knishes are like a potato dumpling. So far haven't seen one like I was used to.

Can we call in Alissa to offer help if we can't get it among the family here?

Alissa, okay how does the last name Rosenberg sound--like Cohen. Yes, grew up these roots and now I'm just going backwards.

LOL, well, there are a few things I haven’t figured out yet, knishes being one of them. Potato pancakes being another but my father is working on it. He calls me every once in a while and says “ok, so you take a ___(fill in a vegetable here) and heat it –oh ya, you cant heat things, never mind”. LOL!

Popcorn is another.

Ive seen some recipes for matzo and potato pancakes but they just don’t come that close…
Ill work on it for my next book!
