carrots dipped in honey!! i'm not sure if everyone will like this as much as i do, but it caused me to go through a small jar of raw honey in four days. maybe it sounds weird, but i'm totally addicted!

I eat my peas with honey
I've done it all my life
It makes the peas taste funny
But it keeps them on my knife!

I'd imagine it can even be blended to be creamy and drizzle honey! :)

I bet you could make a simple crust with almonds.. then mix up some carrots and honey or agave and have a sort of carrot cake! mmmm.
