I found a website "www.raw-licious.com" run by Scott Jackson who lost over 100 pounds in 6 months by going 100% raw. He started out at 298 pounds. If you sign up for his free newsletter, he'll email you his e-book containing the recipes he used to lose the weight & regain his health. His e-book is 156 pages long & contains his own strategies & before-&-after photos, & it's free. I've made 4 recipes so far, & they are really delicious.
