RowanC, I do hope you enjoy it. Just saw this post this evening - thanks guys! I love to share recipes, and I hope they serve you well. My 7 year-old and I came up with this one nearly 2 years ago. It's a staple during the summer months.

When the photograph was taken for the web site (a while back) there was only scraps left in the bowl and I took a lousy shot of it. I wanted to re-shoot it for the magazine. I plan to include this recipe in the first issue. I think this photo does the recipe more justice.
