Okay, so I tried this tonight. The "Sauce" was very very thick! I mashed it all together for a long time and it was still clumpy. Did I miss something, or is this how it is? Let me know if any one has any helpful tricks...Thanks :)

I added quite a bit of extra water and also, when you mix it with the zucchini, the water from the zucchini will thin it a bit as well. Very tasty stuff!

I love this recipe but I usually only use 1/3 to 1/2 of the sauce and use the rest as a dip by processing it with other ingredients.
