It came this morning and I almost didn't want to go out anywhere coz I was so excited to watch it!!! I am not even half way through it yet but she is saying I am gonna show you how to do this and that and EVERYTHING and I just wanted to share my excitment with you guys!!!!!! Now I cannot wait for the book to arrive!!!!!!!! :D :) :D :) :D :) :D :)


EDIT: Also I have been having the most Amazing dreams at night time....usually I have terrible nightmares a lot of the time and wake up in not a very nice state. Right now it seems to be changing......so strange, but the feeling is nice at least!!!

I'm happy for you! I share your excitement. I read the entire book the evening I got it and the next night watched the entire DVD. So, so, SO informative! I highlighted in the book different things of interest to me. So when folks started questioning me, until I KNEW the answer, I could go to my "bible" and look it up.
I'm glad you are exicted! :D

Awww, I hope so. I really do! I am terrible sick of being so sick all the time. I think 20 years of ill health is more than enough (seing as I am only 26 :rolleyes: )

I am glad when I read everywhere that people get excited also. I watched David Wolfe on youtube the other day (another one who amazes me!!) saying that you cannot commit to 100% raw purely by willpower, it has to come from enjoyment also. I totally agreed with him. I get so much enjoyment from preparing food, even when it is just simple veggies with herbs. Some days are tough but I think I agree with you also when you said that she is an Angel sent to you!!!!! Thats what I think of my new doctor who put me on Raw :)

I know what you mean about being sick and tired of feeling sick? I've had migraines all of my 53 years of life. Becoming raw has cured me of them. Plus my dead thyroid? Is now alive and functioning.
Your doc put you on raw? Whoa! Is he/she raw? That is way cool! My thryoid doc says foods have nothing to do with my thyroid. Hello! BTW - he's a short, fat, bald guy. It has E V E R Y T H I N G to do with healing and curing. How come I have gone from hypOthyroid to now hypERthyroid since going raw? Huh? He is not a nutritionist. Apparently your doc is. That is very good.

My doc is a God send quite lietrally I think he has saved my life. Especially after introducing me to Bach Flower remedies.

And touch wood, the Arthritis pains in my thigh to hip joints have vanished also. My backpain is still giving me troubles but one less pain is all good with me...

Oh my Avatar is a picture I took of a dragon fruit. I had it with my breakfast last week. They are yummy!!!! They look so pretty that I thought how great would they look for a desert at a dinner party hollowed out and filled with dessert of your choice!!!! :p

LM - that is wonderful regarding your doc. Lucky you. We here in the States always have a heck of a time finding anyone to listen to us. You would think that we know our bodies. Docs? What do they know? Pills! It's sad. But the U.S. is the only Country that is allowed to show drug commercials on TV. I heard New Zealand does now, but will be banning them soon.
It's very sad that we (think) are at the doc's mercy. Your back pain will vanish soon eating 100% raw. It is so healing! You didn't say, but is your doc raw?

Oh, and that's a Dragon Fruit? Interesting. What does it taste like. Silly me! It looks like it's filled with banana/cacao nibs ice cream! :p Hmmmm, am I craving some? HA!

Oh speaking of Cacoa nibs, I just purchased my first individual 60g bag today!! :D Very bitter tasting and I could tell my mum didn't really care for them when I gave her a few this morning. So I just ground them up coarsely with a few dates and....YUM-MMY. And yes, mother ate the lot!

The Dragon fruit has the texture of a Kiwi fruit except it doesn't seem to have as much water content. I couldn't really find a specific taste to it but maybe my tastebuds still need a bit of ground work! The texture is lovely though.

My doctor.....actually believe it or not, I have never met him face to face. I live in London and he resides in India. I was having a terrible time Physically and mentally so my Mum talked to her sister in India and she knows my doctor and his family and put me in touch. I spoke to him on thje phone and he makes sure I email him everyday (he asked me to email 2-3 times a day) and tell him everything. He is an extremely spiritual man, a homeopath and very scientific. I prayed a lot for help for a very long time and believe he's the one to give me the answers. I haven't even asked him if he is raw. I'll make that my priority first thing on Moday morning! I completely understand about "doctors" not listening. When I started alternative therapy my GP said o me "Well, when it doesn't work come back to me and I'll sort you out". I.E, give me more pollutants as a tempoaray solution!

Ah, I pray for the day the back pain goes away also. Been suffering with it since the age of 6. Will take a long while to fully get out years of steroids from my system also that they fed me with for my Eczema.. :( But I believe I'm on the right path....

My Aunt in Chicago says she'll email me once it arrives!!!! Cannot wait....can you tell? ;)
