I finally did it! :)

Yields about 1/3 cup (I just looked at it, I didn't measure.)

1 3/4 cups HULLED sesame seeds. (Unless you want it to be brown and bitter.)
(Optional) Sesame Oil. I believe Flora brand sells a cold pressed version, otherwise just add a little water, or a raw oil of your choice.

1. In the DRY-BLADE container, blend the seeds on high speed, stopping to scrape the sides and bottom once or twice. Stuff gets stuck in the bottom.

2. Tranfer to wet-blade container.

3. Process more (High Speed), adding oil (or not) untill desired consistancy.
I found that if I run it for a long time on one of the LOWEST speeds, it actually works better, becomes buttery-er, and keeps flowing through the blades. But try it and see what works for you.

4. (Optional) Blend it with sea-salt. I did, because the first Tahini I ever tried was the Maranatha Raw with Salt variety, so that's how I like it.

*Crosses fingers* I hope this works as well for all of you as it did for me :)
