You could have got Alissa's book from The Fresh Network in England, as I did.

You'll love it when you get it. I couldn't put it down!!

I got mine from the Fresh network also. My only complaint is that it took a while (almost a month) for it to get to me even though according to the website it got sent two days after I ordered (I found out later they didn't have it in stock and that's why it took so long). The book is wonderful :)

I'm in Canada and it only took a few days to get it which was the wonderful news...the bad news was I shipped it through UPS and OMG I was charged an additional $35 for the delivery. So for the book and the dvd it cost me $120 cdn

I'm in Canada too - what would be the most economical way of ordering the book and DVD?

I would suggest not having them shipped through ups. The guy who delivered said use the us postal system instead the charges will be minimal.
USPS I think he said it was called.
I watched the DVD today and it is so helpful she really explains everything and actually seein the process was worth the money (hmmm) LOL

Well, look at it as a health expense. You won't be sorry. So worth it. Such a learning tool!

I finished reading the book and watched the whole dvd and
I LOVE ALISSA!!!
I felt like I was right there with them and have just finished my list for some groceries. Tonight is Valentines and while hubby and family has their chocolate I'm preparing an apple pie cause I have those ingredients already.
I'm just soooooo excited!!!
This is my future, I can just feel it.
I can do this!!!!

I've taken a break from reading for a bath (got to keep clean too! ;) ) and so far - its brilliant - sooo inspiring.

The food combining chart is really good - it probably explains why I feel better after eating some things together and not others (with the result of gas etc  )

More reading later.......after my Lush bomb bath!

I LOVE Alissa's Book. It is the BEST out there. Not only for the content but because of the heartfelt way it is written.

The Best by far and I can’t wait for her next one. Any idea when that will be Alissa??????
