manual?

I ordered the Excalibur from an on-line company at the beginning of Jan. Well weeks went by and no dehydrater. I called the company and they said they goofed and sent it. Two weeks later (and a month and a half since i origionally ordered it) I have my dehydrater.

However.......I don't see an instruction manual. Does the excalibur come with one? How do I know how to and clean it without one? Hmm.....wondering if any of you know? I am anxious to use it. :(

Mine came with a little booklet. Have you e-mailed them?
As far as cleaning? I wipe the insides down with a wet cloth periodically. The trays, mesh screens, and teflex sheets I wash in soapy water.

Thanks you guys! Funny story. I was telling my mom about it and how I was going to call the company because this was so unfair. Well, she suggested I look again because she's been fired up too only to discover it was taped on the bottom. Well I looked everywhere around it, shook the inside. I discovered (as I was readjusting the trays) that is was taped to one of the trays in the back!! I never saw it because the trays were jabbed together and it was tapped.

I feel a bit stupid now. lol. :p
