RECIPE HELP, please!
I could throw something in the dehydrator now (mine DIDN'T come yet but a friend loaned me his!!!) or I could wait until morning..

Either way..

But I am ALLERGIC TO NUTS (so none of these yummy walnuts and pine nuts I hear about) and SOY (so no nama shoyu etc)

what would you suggest?

I have a lot in the house to work with!!

Note: This is for a little dinner party get together at a friend's house - none of them are raw but me, so I thought I'd bring something for everyone to try. Also, she is pregnant so she'll probably try anything. Haha. Who knows?

I'm also going to bring her fresh juice since all our friends will be drinking alcohol but us probably!

:)

P.S> I bought a pound of crimini mushrooms!

Can you eat seeds? Sunflower or sesame seeds could work.

Or you could use olive oil and some seasonings.

You can try dehydrating the mushrooms, then re-hydrateding them in a marinade (you can use salad dressing, etc.) and then dehydrating them again, maybe with a dollop of nutless pate, dip, or guacamole.

You can make pesto with basil, olive oil, garlic, and some spices/seasonings.

I do not care for nama shoyu, so I rub the shrooms with olive oil and celtic sea salt...Instead of the nuts use the stems of the shrooms and a few shrooms if needed for the stuffing...YUM

Hey! Thank you.

I just made Alissa's Guac but added extra stuff to it.
More spices and I used one of the large Florida avocadoes instead.

It's got a kick to it and I think it'll taste great inside!

On a side note, I am currently sprouting sunflower seeds to make a pate so maybe I can try that next time!

(and yes I can eat alllll seeds!)

I stuff them with raw marinara sometimes...fresh basil, tomatos, sd tomatos, garlic, tad of olive oil, sea salt and blend it all up! If you like shallot/onion a little bit is good. I've even added a touch of carrot or red bell for colour and sweet flavour.

Criminis are soooo goooooood!

Aleigh that looks yummy! :)
