I just made up these cookies & put them in the dehydrator. The cookie dough is sooo moist & amazing with tons of raisins. I can not wait until they are done. I had to pull my arm away from the dough to make myself stop eating these before they are done. The recipe is from Living Cuisine. HELP...I can't wait until tomorrow!

I am SOOOO itching to buy another book! I want something with great desserts. Something to really impress others, but also simple enough to show others that eating RAW is easy, AND delicious! Who's the author of Living Cuisine?? (Renee Underkoffler???? I've heard her book is great....but then there are a few others that people mention, that I want too! HELP! ) And YES, OF COURSE, Alissa's is the best!

1. Yes...the author is Renee Loux Underkoffler.
2. The cookies came out so moist & amazing. The spices in it remind me of a pumkin pie (Nutmeg, All Spice, Cinnamon) oh...and lots of rasins. They are sooooo fabulous. The best part about the recipe is they have no nuts in them unless you want to add them. I eat so many nuts & a lot of fat a day...so I do not need any more.
3. My mom loves them also, of course she loves everything I uncook. :-)

Do you think you could post the recipy? They sound amazing, and I just got my dehydrater like 2 hours ago, I can't wait to go out tomorow for ingredients to start making stuff. Thanks :)

Oh...how I want a dehydrator. Just so you know....this cookie recipe is what started this whole raw thing for me. I thought....now that is something I would love and my kids would love. I was looking for a healthy breakfast cookie for my kids when I came across this one. And here I am....8 days raw!! Yay! But I still haven't made these yet. Some day I will be able to save up enough money for the dehydrator.....someday! :)

I don't think I am allowed to post a recipe. Sorry.

Which book please? Check with RAWK first. I think ingredients is allowed here, but not the entire recipe. I would give credit to the author as well. Wouldn't want these cookies to benefit us, break rules and get you in trouble. Thanks.
