I always read about people having a liter or quart of this or that. How many ounces are in a liter and how many are in a quart? Maybe I should know this, but everytime I read it I think "umm, translation please?" haha. Thanks.

1 quart = 32 oz

1 liter = 33.8 oz

A liter is a cubic decimeter. Get a ruler and see 100 mm (or 10 cm) and imagine a cube that side. That's a liter. A quart is 946 ml which is a little less.

I am not a math wiz, but I always wondered about the conversion, especially when people are journaling about their green smoothie consumptions! :)
