Hi, my daughter went raw first and lost over 100 pounds in about 8 months. Now the whole family is follow her example and this is our first week raw. We got Alissa's book and it has been fun. We are not as hungry as we thought and we are looking forward on being in good health. My girl's bellies have shrunk and they say that my pants are bagging on me. I seem to have a clearer head and can get up earlier in the morning. I also seem to have clearer skin. Wow, all of this in just a few days. We are still discovering what we like. I now want to say hello to my daughter. Hi Baby! We are RAW! HOORAW!
