Pinapple Melters..OMG!!!

Okay so today I went to try and make pineapple fruit leather. I blended the pineapple (skinless) in the vitamix and walked away for a bit. when i spread it out on the sheets it still had the bubbles.

OMG..when I took it out an hour ago it has dried crispy and it melts in my mouth...the most divine thing ever!

I never thought to try pineapple. I have so much of it but my blender could never make pineapple smooth enough to spread on a dehydrator. :(
