Carob powder

This might be a no-brainer, but last night I bought some Frontier brand carob powder from Wild Oats, but it said "lightly roasted" - so i'm assuming it isn't raw? If not, it's okay, it only cost $2 (I only bought a little over an ounce)

If its from Wild Oats, it ain't raw...I talked to them about that, and they said they don't carry raw. I order mine online. If you need the links let me know!
