Favorite Saladacco Recipes/Uses?

I just got my Saladacco today and am so excited to use it! I have potato chips in there right now, soaked in water/lemon, then dipped in oil and sprinkled with cumin/curry/garlic powder.

What other yummy recipes/uses do you have? Especially chips.

I also plan to make:

Angel Hair pasta
Ravioli
Lasagna
