So I am 2 days in and I did cheat last night which I am not proud of, but today I am going strong. I have been very good and eating alot of fruit and veggies.
But, I have had to poop a ton today? It is almost like my stomach is sick and it is constantly bothering me.
Also, I have been very slugish and light headed. At one point in the grocery store, I felt as though I was going to pass out. I leaned on a cart and drank some wather for a while. Is this normal? Has any one else expierenced this and does it go away? Thanks for your help....

yes, i had the same thing happen, i was so tired for about a week, just stick with it, your body is detoxing, you may also need to eat a little more if you feel you are going to pass out (i did not experience this once raw, but i was hyperglycemic before raw.) Exercise is also important, just a walk around the block, get your blood circulating, drink plenty of water, and get a good nights sleep. i make sure i combined sugars with proteins...i.e. a small handful of almonds with your banana.

Many will probably tell you its a bit of detox happening already. It's probably because your body just isn't used to getting so much nutrients and such. That happens to me also when my blood sugar drops or that is what I take it as any way...mostly when you don't eat enough or something. I feel better after I eating some fruit or something. I am a growing teenager, so I eat quite a bit ;)
Congrats for going raw by the way! It is the most delicious way of life ever...and eventually you'll feel great!

[edit: woops, I didn't see Merfie's post before...its pretty similar too lol]
