New to all of this

Hi all. I am new to raw eating. Well not actually new. I have been doing a lot of it but not completely so now I am taking the plunge. I read the book The Cure by Dr. Timothy Brantley and I want to give it a good try. I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. A lot of people willing to give up all the good tasteing foods have changed their way of eating and have had it clear up. I have been working on it for almost a year and it is better but something always makes it get worse. I should be clear by now if all had gone as it should have.
So....after reading that book I want to try raw. Heres hopeing that it helps me both internally and externally.

RAW CAN DO ANYTHING, RAW can save a Country but they won't listen.....

I am so Excited you are READING and NOW you are on the Right Track. Soon your Skin will be as smooth as a Baby's and your Joints will feel like they got sprayed with WD-40...

I spent a lot of time yesterday reading all the information that everyone here has posted and I only scratched the surface. Thank you for your support as I know I will not get any from my family or friends. I know it is hard to give up the foods we love but if it heals me than it is all worth it. Since May of last year by trying to eat more fruit and veggies and steaming and such i lost 60#s and my arthritis is not as bad. I do take Glucosamine and other pills for it so would love to be able to go off all of the suppliments I now take. Oh yea. My blood pressure is in a great range for my age and I no longer take pills to try to get it there cause the pills could not do what eating correctly did. :)
