Grind it in a coffee grinder or blender (with the right blade) and sprinkle it on things or put in smoothies. You only need 1 - 2 tablespoons a day.

I sprinkle it on fruit salad and green salad. It goes especially well with banana and avacado.

I like mine best as crackers! See Alissa's book for easy cracker recipes! Then you could make a "banana cracker" and crumble it up and pour on nut milk...???? Sounds like it would work.
Also look for a granola recipe that uses flax....granola makes good cereal.

I sometimes sprout it, then dehdyrate with other seeds and/or grains for granola.

Other times, I grind it in the vitamix or coffee grinder and add to either crackers or veggie patties.

Then, other times, I soak them and add to leftover liquid (from marinara sauce or chili or just about anything) and dehydrate them as crackers.

Good luck.

They can be ground up and used in breads and crackers, you can use them whole for flax crackers, you can throw them in smoothies, salads... whatever. To me, they are basically tasteless so they would go in just about anything... except soups, juices and most desserts.
