Is anyone a personal trainer here? I want to get back into going to the gym...

I stopped when I got into a minor car accident Dec.3rd. My chiropractor says I can try yoga to see how I feel but if it causes pain then to stop.

I have some adhesions on my back. Mostly mid to upper back... Neck, and my right shoulder is popping in which I am seeing an orthopedist. I KNOW not to do weights.. (I have 2 adjustments/week and 1 neuromuscular massage as my inhouse therapy. At home I am doing heat, ice, or my electromuscular stimulation the chiropractor gave me to take home... Plus Biofreeze)

But I want to focus on ABS and everything else. I can't wait to triceps again.. errrg.

By the way, I'd been on raw, then to high raw, now I am back onto day 12 100% and feeling GREAT.

Not a Trainer......My advice is to let your Body heal...some things take time. I think it is better not to rush things. But again I know sit-ups are good for the back, maybe a healthy back....AS I SAID, I AM NOT A TRAINER......

I do hope you are Healed soon, I don't think I could be emobiled for too long. Hope you get the answers you are looking for........
