I made this recipe last night, I don't remember if someone posted it here last week or if I got it from that link to a recipe site that someone posted. It was really yummy. It took a bit too long to prepare for my liking but it made a good amount.
Hubby (SAD eater) even had it on Ritz crackers while I dipped celery in it. I mixed the leftovers in with shredded zucchini because it was the same consistency as the alfredo sauce I usually make. I meant to bring it for lunch today but forgot it so looks like that's what I'll be having for dinner.

I saw it somewhere too and I want to try. I searched but couldn't find it - so please share.
Hey I found it: It is a Spring Recipe created by Moon Flowr on Mushroom, Onion and Walnut Caviar (makes 2 cups) at this address:
http://www.rawfoodsupport.com/read.php?f=3&i=11168&t=11168
1 lb. wild mushrooms
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
3 medium cloves garlic, peeled
2 Tbs. cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
3 oz. (3/4 cup) walnut pieces
sea salt, to taste
1 Tbs. cider vinegar
Trim stems of mushrooms and cut caps into approx. 1 inch pieces. Smaller mushrooms may be halved or left whole. Combine mushrooms, onions and garlic cloves, walnuts and salt. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat well. In a food processor, combine mixture and cider vinegar. Pulse until coarse paste is formed, scraping down sides if necessary.

Yes, that's the one. Try it out, I thought it was yummy. If you're not a big garlic fan I'd suggest cutting back on it because it was pretty strong. But it was yummy!
